Tampa Catholic High School

Information on tryout dates and times will be posted prior to each season and will be determined by the athletic director and coach. All qualified students may try out for membership on sports teams. The school is committed to providing everyone a fair chance to participate. Unfortunately, not everyone who tries out can be accepted. The decision of the coach, in conjunction with the Athletic Director is final. Parents are encouraged to help their students understand that not everyone will be selected.

Physical Examinations: All students are required to submit a completed Athletic Pre-participation Physical Evaluation and Athletic Consent Form for the current school year prior to participation. These forms may be downloaded from the SACS websiteThe blue and yellow school health forms are not the proper forms and will not be accepted.

Cheerleading (5th thru 8th)                               Monday, 8/29, from 3:00 - 4:30. In the gym.

Varsity Boys Basketball (7th and 8th)             Tuesday, 8/30, from 3:00 - 4:30. In the gym.

Girls Cross Country (5th thru 8th)                   Tuesday, 8/30, from 3:00 - 3:40. On the field.

Boys Cross Country (5th thru 8th)                   Tuesday, 8/30, from 3:00 - 3:40. On the field.

JV Boys Basketball (5th and 6th)                    Wednesday, 8/31, from 3:00 - 4:30. In the gym.

Varsity Girls Soccer (6th thru 8th)                    Thursday, 9/1, from 3:00 - 4:30. On the field.

Students must have the following items:

1.  Physical Form

2.   Change of Clothes / Shin Guards

3.   Proper Footwear / No Metal Spikes

4.   Water Bottle
